Canadian photography students, photography workshop participants, and apprentice photographers only have ten days left to submit their entries for the Photo Life 2011 Emerging Photographers Competition. The contest which attracts hundreds of Canadian entries each year, gives amateur photographers a unique opportunity to share their vision and talent with the world.
Winning photographers will be judged on their ability to capture a true, uncompromised photographic vision as well as demonstrate an original and bold approach in their photography. From all submissions received, editors will select the most outstanding up-and-coming talents to showcase in Photo Life’s August/September issue as well as in the Photo Life Emerging Photographer’s on-line gallery.
Photographers who wish to participate in the Photo Life Emerging photographers Competition are invited to send their submissions exclusively via our on-line facilities at www.photolife.com/emerging.php. Participants may submit up to 3 images, must provide technical information and a brief narrative/commentary for each image.
